Leo and Manuel got Baptized

Leo and Manuel finally got baptized! President Obando and his wife got here! I got to go to the temple! Tyler got home! And gave an amazing homecoming talk! I miss you man! We got to do a lot of service again! Had a summer party for the ward. All these moments made my week.

First moment meeting the new president was because my temple recommend had expired, so I had to go talk with him. His wife gave me a ton of crap for ‘elder larkins maybe you could prepare a little more next time, elder larkins maybe we wouldn't be here if you were a prepared missionary,’ i said sorry I failed boy scouts’ She thought it was funny i think. I don't think they are going to let go of that one tho.

Samuel turns 8 this week! And he told us he wants to get baptized as fast as he can! If it wasn't for this stupid drought I would say on the 4th of July but our ward says we have to wait for the end of the month.
We can't hide forever from our problems, we have to face them head on, we are not facing them alone Christ is with us if we let him help us. Let the atonement help us, change us, and carry us home. Believe in His words.
