Have Faith in Him
1 Nephi 16:23Got a call from a member who told us her ex husband was in the hospital and was told he would probably die that night or within the next 2 days due to his cancer and some other medical phrases i don't understand. So we ran over to the hospital and got to talk to her and their son and give the husband a priesthood blessing of health. He told me he wanted to change and wanted to live to be baptized. The rest of the story won't tell but we felt that we should promise him that based on his faith he could be healed. We got a call last night and they are releasing him from the hospital, and has healed almost completely. I suck at science, but the doctors were even confused, so I'm pretty 100% sure that, that was God’s doing. Miracles happen.

That's so wonderful having some great Blessing experiences--no doubt the faith of all involved in a loving God can be of benefit to anyone. Thanks for all the great pictures-sounds like you're having a wonderful experiences in sharing the gospel-- as a missionary you will always have the opportunity to leave an impression of goodness for so many people--Countless people--no other experience will ever give you that wonderful opportunity.
ReplyDeleteSure there will be tough moments--but that's the time you become like 'Rocky' lol--and just keep up the fight--those are also times you can get close to your Heavenly Father through Christ and feel their love for you. Keep up the great work--
