Kentuckian Obispo in Spain

And he would then become our new bishop too. That's right the red neck Kentuckian got put as bishop in the most red neck city of Spain. Oh I want to stay so bad this will be so fun to watch(but God has a plan). He is such a great man and just wants to do the best for others. God is going to be able to work many grand miracles through him and bless this area, but I would be lying if I didn't say the reason he got called was because of who his wife is. Like my grandpa gary said to me, “being called as bishop or stake president usually has a lot more to do with who your wife is”. I think I told yall before but Greg and Pili were living in Kentucky and never really wanted to come to Spain but one day as they were praying, got the personal revelation that they were supposed to move to Spain. They had no idea why. And it was hard, even after they got here it was pretty hard but I gotta watch them put their faith in the Lord and continue forward. And this past Sunday when he got called to be bishop he stood up and gave his testimony and said “now I know why.”

“Follow the spirit, no matter how strange it may seem”- Elder Oaks. It will bring miracles to your life and the life you begin to live will be far more than you could ever imagine.
So this week a lot happened. Had a ton of baptismal dates fall and now we basically are starting from scratch. But its okay God has a plan and we aren't going to give up faith, i may only have this last week left here, but I know there is someone out there that needs the hope of Christ in their life. Just got a feeling ya know.

Scripture- Mosiah 24:14
 14 And I will also ease the burdens which are put upon your shoulders, that even you cannot feel them upon your backs, even while you are in bondage; and this will I do that ye may stand as witnesses for me hereafter, and that ye may know of a surety that I, the Lord God, do visit my people in their afflictions.
It's crazy to think about what faith can do.
