Pablo!!
How is everyone doing?? I hope everyone is good!! This week has certainly been interesting. We got stuck in the piso (apartment) for a couple days so that wasn't really too much fun. I have all the respect in the world for covid missionaries. We did a lot of contacting and a lot of video calls. Also had the opportunity to study a lot. I studied a ton in Hechos 22-28. I think Hechos 26 is my favorite of all of them. I'll share a scripture from it later. I hope you all got a chance to read it this week in Come follow me.
Miracle:
We have a focus with the families obviously in the mission. Family is what is most important to me, and we have been studying ways to best support these families because this is their work here in this area. 6 things, pray kneeling, scriptures as a family, family home evening, come follow me, temple, family history, and missionary work. I know it sounds like a lot sometimes, but if a family can have these all incorporated into their lives centered on Christ they will have a protected home.
Scripture of the week: Hechos (Acts) 26:16-18
Put yourself in the place of Pablo. After hearing Christ say these words to you, tell him you're not going to try a little more and give a little more in your life. Pablo is an example of the charity of Christ with all he went through suffering and still stayed strong.
Miss everyone!
Love y'all!!
