New Companion!

Elder Larkins and Alejandro

Okay so this week was amazing and very busy. I got my new companion! He is a beat boxer and also loves the TV show psych so I think we are good cause that's my favorite TV show. (It's the best TV show hands-down)

We have been meeting with a ton of members again. Especially with my last comp leaving so he could say goodbye. Then after introducing my new comp to everyone. We have gone to Isaac's family's house so much to play soccer and share messages with their family and friends. He is our Elders quorum rep for the mission work. He has helped us so much. His son-in-law Alejandro is the best. We both love basketball so we talk about the finals a lot. Lakers winning it all next year don't worry. He is a stud basketball player. There aren't many here in Spain, but they do like it.

Miracle

The miracle I had this week was travel day! It was pretty crazy. Woke up and got a call from my new comp that he missed his train to Murcia and was lost in Madrid. So after I dropped off my old comp in the train station I was stuck in Murcia for the whole day until my other comp showed up. Then after about two hours of sitting in the train station I got bored so I went exploring. Found this one Moroccan restaurant place that no one was in. Then I found myself talking to the few people there. They were from Morocco and don't speak too much Spanish good thing I've been working on my Arabic lately. They actually said it wasn't too bad so I was happy with myself. I hope I can figure out Spanish like that one day. Then I had a feeling I had to get back to the train station I still has about 6 hours until my comp showed up. But I went back and found Elder Walker! A new missionary here in the area who was pretty lost. Helped him get to the bus station to catch his bus, but we had time so we stopped for lunch. Then headed back to the train station, waited a couple hours and finally my comp showed up!! And headed back to the promised land of Molina.

Scripture of the week1 Nephi 17:13

Probably read this scripture 500 times in my life but every time I can find something new that I love about it. Hope you guys get a chance to read it.

Miss everyone!

Love y'all!!
