Christ will guide us

So apparently its Monday again. That's another week. Time is crazy. Hope everyone is doing good! This week we had a lot! First we started the week off with zone conference. It was awesome to see everyone from our zone and we even got Elche zone to come too. So we had a ton of people there. Also kind of cool I got to meet the aunt and uncle of one of the Hermanas from my MTC district. I think the picture got put in my last post.

Everyone wants to meet with us within the last hour of the day. It's true. Every single day you just have to be prepared because when nine o'clock comes here you have to be ready to see about twenty miracles God wants to show you. Our Sunday was no different. We went to Luis and Patricia's house to have lunch and play some games. I learned how to say liar in Spanish because Juan loves to cheat. We played memory and I got smacked by everyone. It's okay I only have to remember the first vision and 5 lessons during this mission and that's all. Of course we had paella cause what else would you have.

Miracle

So now we get to the miracles. After getting home we had planned to do our studies cause I need them. Then go to bed. However God decided to have thunder and lightning in Molina. So we couldn't just be inside. Next thing you know the Hermanas called us and asked to get on a videocall with them. We met this man from our area and we now get to share with him Christ's light. He's going through a lot, but I know Christ is standing there with his hand stretched out to him right now. Praying for him to find the courage to grab it. Next, we got off the call and our new friend called. He wanted to learn more about the gospel. So we ran over to his place and got to see some crazy lightning on the way. We taught him so much! He really loves to listen about Christ. Something I read today in predicad mi evangelio was a quote by President Boyd K Packer. I love this part where he says, "A teacher of gospel truths is not planting something foreign or even new into an adult or a child. Rather, the missionary or teacher is making contact with the Spirit of Christ already there." The spirit is there always, we just need to invite it more into our lives. After he says, "The gospel will have a familiar 'ring' to them." God loves us, so he sent us here to learn and to grow through Him. We knew Him before and we have this opportunity to grow closer to Him again.

Scripture of the Week: Moroni 7:14-19

Let the light of Christ guide us.

Miss everyone!

Love y'all!!
